Her music and voice quickly became an essential part of the soundtrack of a movement and was the cornerstone of what would become known as “women’s music” – music created\, performed\, and marketed specifically for and by women. \n\n\n\nCris continues to tour the acoustic circuit\, adding new material at each juncture. With her signature electric violin and lyrical smarts front and center over huge beats and deep synths\, Bitch coined the genre “Poet Pop” and she has been touring nationally ever since\, igniting her loyal following and inspiring new followers with her colorful and bold stage shows. \n\n\n\n“Bitchcraft is a masterpiece\,” said Amy Ray of the Indigo Girls\, who\, along with Ani Difranco\, have taken Bitch on tour as their opener. Joey Soloway (Transparent) directed the music video for “Easy Target.” \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKay Turn Her and the Pages is a queer lesbo-centric trio of rockers with decades of musical experience. Sold-out shows in New York and San Francisco prove that at 77 years of age\, Turner has not lost her powers of persuasion or her voice\, which has been compared to Janis\, Melissa\, Iggy\, and Mick. \n\n\n\n\n\nTurner is supported by her Pages\, the blazing guitar siren Viva DeConcini and bass and synth veteran Mary Feaster.
